This is the portable Speaker that i took apart. It is 13" x 8" and houses two speakers with two tweeters. This speaker also includes a dock, clock and buttons.

I first removed the grill to access the screws. The grill was mounted via a adhesive which was able to be released by using a flat head screw driver. I then was able to undo and remove the screws.
